Resilient Motherhood Project
The Resilient Motherhood Project is a series of support groups, workshops, and skill shares designed for expecting mothers, new mothers, and moms of children under 5. This period of life is filled with profound changes in the body, identity, and relationships. Instead of labeling these challenges with diagnoses or societal expectations, our goal is to provide a supportive space where women can learn, share, and navigate the complex journey of early motherhood.
We aim to challenge the narratives of “perfect” mothers on social media and the notion of “mentally ill” mothers who are treated as patients rather than people. Our focus is on fostering resilient motherhood—one that is authentic, vulnerable, and strong.
